Biography

Hi, My name is Reza. I am a Ph.D. student at the Department of Geomatics Engineering, University of Calgary, Canada. I hold a master's degree in Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) from the K.N.Toosi University of Technology and a bachelor of science in Geomatics Engineering from the Iran University of Science and Technology (IUST). The focus of my current research as a Ph.D. student is on developing Artificial Intelligence (ML, DL, and RL) methods for the improvement of smart transportation systems. Working within diverse industrial and academic environments helped me expand my knowledge of a range of data science methods and techniques, including machine learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning approaches as well as various programming languages (such as Python, Java, and Matlab).
